try a 24 hour fast drinking water with some salt mixed in to reduce inflammation
increase water intake
elevate injured leg
meditate focusing a bright light on the area and believing there is no pain
iuno thats what i would try just shooting darts here
been elevating my leg a bit to help get blood flow. my doc gave me some steroids to help with the inflammation as well.
i'll try drinking more water thanks
