Well yeah there are claims going on about Trump signing warrantless surveillance law in 2018. I've seen Justin Amash and like 2-3 other politicians share that on there twitter accounts exposing his lies. But those are just accusations as far as I know.

Also Obama criticized Trump on how bad of a job he did to slow down the spread of COVID-19. I've saw an article about it on BBC website. You can also find other stuff floating around twitter about him not making testing available for the people. Even states are suffering getting enough test.

As for my stance I can't really say. It will just be more votes for Biden or 1 of the third party candidates if Trump really loses too many supporters. But I know he did not lose much from my experience of being around people.
