You should get new CPU, motherboard, RAM and vid card. Should probably get an SSD as well.

was thinking about replacing the intel core and graphics card with something that could run poe / fortnite as a temporary fix until i could afford a new gpu

The 1155 socket is all but dead bro. I'm sure you could find say a... 2500K processor, but it will cost way more than it should and won't get you THAT much improvement.
This is why I suggested a new build. The motherboard you have now is 3-4 motherboard phases, out of date.

What you want to do, could probably be done, but it's not that smart of a move. You'll still be stuck with out of date motherboard, RAM and CPUs.

yup just did the pricing.. i'm better off building a new cpu instead if i have to change everything.

See if you can't sell your current rig and then put that money towards a new one. I linked a build in your other thread, if you had an extra 100 you could put an even better gpu in there and it would last you quite a while.

yes i didn't post yet but i've been looking at the build just wanted to see what people would think if i did upgrade my pc.

Nothing in your current build is really worth re-using.
