the firestorm procs reduce your damage because you can't attack while it casts and other shields with facets in it or even spirit at least boost your java damage. The only viable option for phoenix if you really want it is to have it on cta side and swap when you want the redemption then go back to main shield

Hey buddy! Been mixing around with alot of different setups and my fav is:

Griffon 15/15
Highlords
Enigma
4/40 javalins
Jmoc 20/20 facets
3/20 or 2/20 gloves
Ring 10 fcr
Ring raven
Pierce belt
30 frw/10 fhr fire and light res boots

Switch Cta and Spirit

With this you get 95% ias and 70 fcr on switch

For inventory i use 4x 12 fhr skillers, 1x 7 frw skiller and Gheeds 1x 5 fhr small charm, rest life/11 fire and light res charms. With the right boots and rare ring you will get max fire and light res. You get FHR breakpoint 63% and about 2900-3200 life with BO. Clearing all areas easy in p8 games!

If you dont want rare or magic 40 ias javelins eth titans is awesome! Will get you 55 ias breakpoint with griffons (15 ias jewel), highlords and gloves! Good stats on 10 fcr ring is high mana leach (what i prefer).

Torch, anni, 5 skillers, gheeds and tp scrolls in belt will leave 8 slots to pick up items! I keep a identify tome and 2x small charms instead of TP tome :D!

LMK if you need 40 ias javalins! Have 5/40 and a pair of rare ones 2-2/40 ias with dual leach.
