Why did you quit without another job lined up?

The Pharma industry is a total mess. I'd rather jam hot needles in my eye than stay there. Luckily I have a few months covered.

You honestly have to be a sociopath to survive there.

Mostly working from home.

Whenever I need to be in the lab to test/make prototypes I can schedule a timeslot to be the only one there.

You have to be a sociopath to thrive in a lot of professions.

I've taken roles in social work that have killed all my empathy because of the coldness necessary.

You go into a profession to help people in that turns out there's all this social control....

.... I think a lot of professions are like that.

The good news is the more you level up the more the shit you get to delegate.

No -> Job can't be done at home anyway.

That being said, I'm barely going to work anyway (only 5 hours last week, probably 4 this one). Almost all of my patients cancelled their appointments, unfortunately.
