I used to like crispy but more recent, I've been liking it medium rare with the fat still greasy.

I know its bad for you, but I don't have bacon on a weekly basis, but whenever I do, I like to treat myself ^_^

Same, not a big fan of bacon but when I do want them. I get them crispy. Once in a long time I do like em the way you explained. :thumbsup:

i %100 love my bacon somewhat flimsey so it makes the pure fat part stick out and not cooked out.

Extra thick cut, just enough to brown the outside.

No idea how people eat dry crispy bacon other than as salad crumble.
