IAS on other gear slots than offhand WILL contribute to your trap laying speed.

LOL doesn't even a 3rd mod. Its a nice ladder claw but you continue to get bodied

and, where do you expect to put an ias jewel in? Helm requires cham, so you don't get frozen which will kill trap lay speed. All other slots are occupied to hit 102fcr. You apparently have never made a Trapsin...
