If you don't want to bother following up on what you posted, you could just avoid posting in the first place.

Btw, no one on the Supreme Court believes "shall not be infringed" means that the Constitution does not permit any restrictions on firearms.

To your second point, that may be accurate. We'll see. If US v Miller ever comes up for reconsideration, we'll find out. Nobody seems to be a rather absolute statement though. Hard to find any case today where there are no dissenters.

Seeing Biden sign this at the same time you have the overturning of Roe paired with NY's most recent loss: https://www.nraila.org/articles/20220623/nra-wins-supreme-court-case-nysrpa-v-bruen is kind of interesting though.

Note: I despise the NRA. They do not support the second amendment. They pushed and lobbied for the NFA originally, they've pushed and lobbied for every single addition to the NFA ever since. They're gun control proponents. Hence why I referenced them. Not looking for a "partisan" source to suit my fancies. The NRA is opposition.

I can understand why a domestic abuser would be upset at a bill like this. To those who don't abuse their significant others, this is a wonderful compromise.

To the domestic abusers out there: Shame on you! Knocking out your wife's teeth with a vodka bottle is cruel and you should be prohibited from owning a gun.

Sadly I know people that have been labeled domestic abusers and they were not. If anything it was the wife that was the abuser, but when cops are called they don’t really do their job.

So you're a radical on the Second Amendment and are expecting 5 SC Justices to agree with you on issues that they've previously revealed they don't agree with you on.

There is nothing radical about being a 2A absolutist. Whether or not 5 Justices were to agree with me or not is irrelevant. Perhaps you should work on redefining the meaning of "infringed" prior to calling absolutely clear stances "radical".

It's too early for that kind of talk. No one thought Bush, Obama, or Clinton were going to win a 2nd term either until well after the midterms. Everyone thought HW was going to glide to a 2nd term (so much so that the Dems ran their B team) but he ended up losing. A lot can happen in 2 years.

If Biden stopped lowering stocks, the Dems might have a chance in November.

The nature of any radical is that they pretend they are not radical.

The Supreme Court just passed a decision that radically expands gun rights in America.... the fact that you're more radical than that means you are part of a minority.
