Only thing i have to say since i don't even mld anymore is that you should plain out remove lvl 59s. Didn't work at all on europe, not sure if one single person liked it tbh.

Was just a stupid idea from the start. If a build isn't good enough on lvl 49 then just leave it like that and play something else, not everything has to be viable. (Same thing i'm writing about lvling some builds to lvl 24 in 18 as well)

I was leaning towards the same thought as well. I'll edit and update the post after I eat lunch

Looks like ES FB will be best build ever with your rules and everything else will be sub par

id be interested in a holy shock charger pally build. much less than 3k foh im thinking

only issue i'd see with the rule for that build is max 75 res, as hshock gets more than 75 light res from synergy to hskock via res light. but if it proves an issue im sure I could decrease res items to get to 75.

I am getting alot of feedback on the resistances and FRW. I've edited some things, and removed 59's entirely. We will keep this true 49.
I've added Ferdia's FRW/Resistances from the 2016 MLD EU rules. Is this something you guys would like in place?

Please feel free to post what you think would make things close to fair/balanced. I'm not here to just create my own rules or have the only say. I'm just here to spark MLD back to life on this ladder and so that it flows into non-ladder again and sticks around.

If you are interested in building 49 this ladder, please post saying so. This way I can keep tabs on a head count. Pass this thread along to anyone you think that may be interested.
