There's a more glitch you can now use with inferno/arctic blast. Since the 1.14 patch that messed with fhr/fcr, if you click the ground to run repeatedly while also casting the spell repeatedly it will let you run around the map on your screen but stay still casting inferno on the server. It's sneaky way to get a namelock with arctic blast on an ele druid or inferno with a blizz sorc (if you can stay still casting in place long enough).

If you mean like when you wsg, it's desyncing with the server but not the same way. When you do that, the server registers your movement but shows everyone else you making much less progress in that direction. With this, the server shows others that you're standing still and doesn't register the movement made with your client. You'll warp back if you go too far and you'll find that you can cast outside the normally allowed range of spells like teleport (those casts won't work, but you can still make them).

If you eat the zakarum chicken in kurast youll be able to cast atomic shit storm in the bathroom but then no matter what you do youll warp back there every 5 or 10 minutes all day
