It became commonly known as the Flamebellow/Frostwind glitch: Barbarian equipped with either sword casting its oskill (Arctic Blast/Inferno) followed immediately by casting Leap (which uses the same animation mode, IIRC) became invulnerable and stuck in place (to other players).

Whatever the new glitch displayed in the video is supposed to be (Barbarian running mid-air while leaping? ^_^

), it looks very similar to that bug and should work with Frostwind as well.
