It's now my turn with the Rona!
So far (since Friday), I've experienced a slightly runny nose, a very occasional cough, and an almost complete loss of smell. I can barely register vinegar. No fever, no fatigue.

Identical symptoms
Could not tell the difference between vinegar and water
Taste comes back after a week. Smell comes back slowly over a couple weeks however is capped and you likely will have a diminished sense of smell for the next several months. Then one day you will wake up in 3-4 months and it will be completely back and you will say why does my car smell so fucking bad. The fatigue takes a month or so. I went from very active , rock climbing /bouldering able to do one handed pull up to unable to walk up 2 flights of stairs without huffing for the next 5 minutes. Lasted close to a month to get closer to baseline
Loss of taste/smell also correlated with more benign illness and substantially decreases hospitalization rate
Good luck
can vouch, had very little sense of smell even from 2 weeks later until now. i cant smell shit unless im right on top of it. taste came back to a degree, but unless its very strong i dont sense it much.
overall i felt more mentally drained from worry with a baby in the house than physically. although the aches that would move from back, to shoulder, to neck, and all around from day to day were annoying.
