Friend of mine had a guard watch a guy seize to death because he thought he was faking it.

I run a psych unit and we think they are faking seizures first off usually. We made a trick: created a legit sounding diagnosis for fake seizures and people will tell us they have it.

If you ever see non-psychogenic elliptic seizures it means people throw themselves on the ground to try to meet their needs lol. It was previously referred to as 'pseudo seizures'.

it's really fascinating how the same people who are on a 'fake news' crusade against any outlet that dares to report critically about emperor bonespur, quote sites like the ironically named 'project veritas' (or breitbart, or jakob wohl...), as if they didn't have a long history of deliberately misleading 'reporting', doctored videos and conversations, and overwhelming right wing bias.
