what level is a tele staff? ( at lowest)?

They would be strong in tvt, meh in 1v1 imo.

1-500 dam is 10 dam pvp after res.
10 x 5 traps x 5 shots per trap is 250 dam.

LS is easier to dodge than untracked guided arrows.

Df + wof + mb is a viscious combo though. You can chain that into oblivion with shadow warrior

Couple with burst of speed and it’s an issue for 18’s

Plus this sin would destroy any lvl 24 caster

Sin needs to stay at 18

Kick/PH is definitely viable
Blade fury/PH is viable
Pure kick is viable
Raven claw ele kicker is viable

You got options at 18 for sins IMO

Necs are viable at 18, Id allow maybe 1-2 more recasts of BA vs zon and charger to even it though. Have to test it

Could also balance sorcs by saying max fire res of any class is 60 or something like that. Instead of allowing lvl 24.

I suggested a res cap but the issue is that anyas already gives you 30 res. Its fairly easy to max light/fire after that.

18 Necros are actually strong vs chargers. Bone wall is a house if you can time it correctly.

I think recasting BA an extra time is already is a thing on euro. It means a zon has to conserve their mana more and focus on name lock guided instead of untracked arrows. There arent many necros on euro though.

who refs the bone armor recasting? whats to stop them from slipping in a extra cast or 2?

WelI in 1v1 tournaments you both keep track and theres a ref that tries to follow along. Its also on a good faith basis. Recasting in tvt isnt allowed though.
