What is your preferred one?

I've always loved Mr.Hyde, but I want to mix it up.

Gx7 is my personal fav

Old Labs is a good one (gl drinking it tho)
C4 is a well known one, not a bad one
Got the RUSH one once, worked really well, but after the gym it makes you feel like crap, not worth it
B-NOX was amazing the first 2, and wore out even scoop after, I don't drink it anymore lol, still have half of it left


I think those are all of the ones I've tried. may be missing one

Never used it. Love black coffee though but haven't tried using that prior to working out.

I think black coffee would be great for that purpose if a person is looking for that extra kick.

This but seriously. Pre/post workout is a waste. Just eat a half a chicken after you lift in the locker room for instant gainz like a man.

But srsly, no pre/post. Just eat clean and you’ll have good energy and gains.

I decided to try 5150, and some more "Hyde". Can't wait though.

C4 only gave me some early-pumps, when I was younger. But not anymore :banana:

Limit it to 2 times a week to avoid having a tolerance that will make you have to take more to get the boost that you need.

The ones i suggest are c4, c4 extreme, mr hyde. Didnt have to take anything outside of them and they are effective

I actually do the same.

I normally do not use preworkout on weekdays, simply because it fcks up my sleep.

Though when we hit friday - it's a huge difference!
