agree'd, it just adds to the cluster fuck
the less screen spam the better imo
why do we need damage numbers on targets if it can just show us the damage range we are doing from weapons or spells in character menu?
maybe just a critical strike animation or something would be enough?
also can we get away from this cooldown bullshit? it was never in d1 or d2 unless you count a few skills like blizzard orb meteor foh n shit which is understandable
but seems like cooldowns = repetitive mindless key mashing
who ever made d3 was heavily leaning towards WoW and thats the wrong direction for diablo imo

pretty much the diablo 2 cooldown spells are normally heavy hitting skills that require you to watch the full animation of the spell before you can cast the same spell again
so you cant spam orb or blizzard at 200 fcr
also in diablo 2 there are 210 skills all up across all 7 characters (30 ea) and only about 5 of those skills have cooldowns and they are hardly noticeable
i think cool downs were implemented in diablo 2 to nerf certain skills and who ever made diablo 3 thought cooldowns would be a fun gameplay mechanic :zzz:
in diablo 2 there is method to the madness, diablo 3 is pure madness with no method
