anyway, saw some videos on youtube today with a tele shockwave summoner wielding beast, looked kinda fun. was mainly shockwave tatic, but some cano vs hammers. i figured by making beast in fastest possible base, why not maul after shockwave hit?

i dno how this would do:
20 grizzly
20 dire wolf
20 spirit wolf
20 how
1 raven
1 oak
1 cyclone
1 firestorm
1 moulten boulder
1 fissure
1 cano
1 coldferno or wtf its called
1 werewolf
1 lycan
1 werebear
1 shockwave
18 maul

beast in either war spike or caduce.
will give 3,12 attacks pr second.

beast (-10wsm) + sop/stormshield
cta + sop
bug belt
10fcr/str/dex/1xxar/@/maby mana or single or nothing
soj/wisp/raven/dwarf
2druid/20fcr/30frw/ar mod/life/2soc (cham + ber or other)
2druid/15-20fcr/life/@
eni of dragon / eni / eod
shadow dancers / 30frw/10fhr/3resi / gores
magefists or trangs

Torch 20/20/25(extra stun source)
20/20 annie
9 x 4x summon sks
9 x 20/5@ (stacking some 322s)
1 x 5fhr/5@

precast demon limb
treachury for bm fade
eth pride or eth reapera + bramble + andy might merc for bm/towndudu

how does thia sound? :p

shockwave for stun, beast is mainly for bear dps and ar, but makes u have a somewhat decent maul dmg as well as giving skills to lycan/grizzly and providing str.
sop for abs/fcr/fhr and stormshield if vs baba.
25% torch for further stun when enemy swirled
shadows for ar/block/frw/fhr

so mainly a bearswipe machine with shockwave, but once swirled 3,12 attacks pr sec with maul having maby 5k physical dmg or even more, there are loads of ed/ar given via beast/how/werebear and ow and crushing blow and triggering torch stun.

i was wondering about hurricane for extra stun, but requires much skills to cyclone armor to last more than 12 seconds.

i dno, i should probarly put volcano lvl 1 on build as well and dropping a few maul.

calculated the maul dmg:
2008 average maul dmg(none 15ed base beast and none 322s)
this maul dmg seems low to me, but i see when i make xD it could be possible to have eth tomb on switch, but i prefer boing my grizzlies ^^

so not the best, might be more worth to max shockwave for faster summon killing or add cyclone armor for durarion for hurricane or more to oak or volcan. i dno ^^

There are ways to kill 99 fcr max block druids on barb, but you can't tank them straight up. You have to stop their setups with leap. Another stun based strategy~ triwhirl in this situation doesn't always work, but 1-2x leaps and a clear tele/long ww then a reset several times (with ow hopefully procing when oak is down) can end the duel without the barb taking too many nados. Also, I have a 63% life leech setup on my barb with almost 50 dr. I heal 1-2k per hit on bear, and if I swap to grief/dracs I can be gaining over 30 life per wolf kill due to life gained per kill. Meaning 180 life per pass, and another 100-200 per wolf from leech. Which about covers a nado and hurri damage. Would be fun to try 2x eth lacs on swap with the dracs, with base throw mastery and 1 pt double throw, kind of like a Brawler but more BVC oriented. Prob amp or tap then chase like a mad man as they try to resummon. Haven't tried THAT one yet but it seems pretty fun, desu.

yeah brawler vs druid is one of the matchups where it has a clear advantage over regular bvc, and especially using a javelin/lacerator setup so you can tag even with the long range amp
life leech definitely makes a difference, its a bigger issue in barb vs shaman where a high LL barb can just keep leeching back full
if you've got a string of ears / leech circlet / leech fcr rings setup for dueling windies on a bvc I gotta commend you. wolves have about 500-600 hp with oak, leech is 1/3 in hell and no pvp penalty hitting wolves, so 63% leech effectively gives you ~115 hp per wolf + 39 LAEK from dracs/enigma/grief. That would be kind of silly, makes me wonder how often a bvc should be at a minimum packing string over dungos. Although you're still stuck with a 39% dr setup if you want to go reasonable with a circlet, personally I always built cheap barbs with coa.

actually use gaze, 1.09 style, with a 2/20/6ll/9 rep amu (req lvl 95, ouch), 2x 10 fcr ar 8-10% ll rings, p dracs, and p soe. If I ber the gaze its 50% dr. The problem is I want a raven because hurri can negate the wolf leech with shit cold resist. But then I lose 40 fcr and have to ditch either dracs or soe. Prob will just max my cr and see how I do. Also use SDancers ofc for ar and fhr, nn gores really, and I think I may opt for a grief/ebotdz for these duels over grief/beast or ebotd/beast. ebotd adds a lot of leech, but grief adds the life per kill. I know life leech is weapon specific, but is life per kill also weapon specific? Or would the life gained per kill from grief as a main wep also trigger when a boot side ebotdz hit kills a wolf?

whats your life total at? barbs can put themselves out of FHR range of tornado if they hit 8k+ on a 50% dr setup (for < 6k druids using a 163 setup or mb setup), its one funny application of warcry skillers. And would make gores better than dancers. although if you go 0% fhr it might leave an odd weakness to shockwave. although I have to wonder why anyone would have such an exclusive setup as to be 9x wc + 10x 3/20/20 and full life leech barb just for dueling druids

https://www.theamazonbasin.com/wiki/index.php?title=Two_weapons
according to the list, both LAEK and MAEK are not local to weapons and would apply to your other hand, so 2x grief would heal 30 life per kill on either side (+14 enigma, +10 dracs)

I have about 7400 @ lvl 95, although due to the cost of 3/20/20s and 36/20s (the latter of which due to ww mechanics may be superior I think.. especially in fpk vs shouted opponents), I am using 40 life 10 max/76 ar gcs instead. I imagine, if I were to switch to a mix of 36/20s and 3/20/20s it would add an extra 500 life and put me close to 8k. I do cube BO with cta/bo stick for glitching my enigma, but may drop the cta for hoto as I am fond of the leap range enhancement, fcr boost, and rep.

I am aiming for a high life build for the fhr reason infact, mainly for vs. necromancers, but if it stops nado from fhring me too then that is definitely an added bonus.

Wait, so you are saying that even the offhand weapon LAEK will be applied? That doesn't sound right. I can see main weapon applying to 2ndary, but not 2ndary applying to main. Makes me wonder about if Grief/Grief or Grief/Ebotdz or rather Ebotdz/Grief would be best for these duels. Kind of want to get an erep fools cruel zerker to use as a mainhand too and ditch beast altogether, with grief as the offhand. Sounds silly, but something tells me the extra AR for the first and second hitchecks of ww are worth heavily investing in due to ww mechanics resetting the double hit per 4 frames back to a single hit if there is a single miss in the attack sequence.

you can go 10/76/45 instead of ur 10/76/40 i think ^^ i use 322s myself though, my throwbaba reached 7,4k while it was vita, but i setteled at 7k and boosted ar/dmg with dex :)

These are nice, and I have some 130/40s now, but I really want to hit 8k if possible. Actually need to do the fhr math again to see what % chance I have to be fhr'd vs 6k magic dmg still, but I notice there is a fairly large difference around the 7.5k mark vs. 6.5k which is the life my past barbs have had. Not sure what I did differently this time except actually leveling up past 89, lol. My life should be lower considering the charm choice, but I think I also went for 50 fhr this time when I normally go 86. Looks like above 8k life also makes the chance for necros to fhr drop from 75% to 37.5%. 2x reasons for high life. Now to stack that with high ar while retaining my ll and max resists.. hmmm... I will avoid wc skillers if I can prevent it lol.

ok just checked, and if I swap out my 1x psn sc and 9x gcs for 20 life ar or dmg/ar charms, it will boost me from 7.5 to 8k on the dot. I actually am missing 2 skills from cube BO, each one adding about 100 life as well. So 8.2k with current setup. 8.1 if I go to hoto instead of cta. This is with 1 ebotdz + grief. If I went 2x ebotdz, it would add another 100 life after bo. So at lvl 95 with 100% points in vita, if I kept the cta I could get 8.3k life. This is with 2x 20 life crafted 8-10 ll rings. If you were able to get some 10 fcr, 120 ar, 8 ll, and 40+ life rings you could possibly hit 8.4k and maybe even 8.5k around level 97-99. Looks pretty good to me. This is with 4x fhr scs.

Yeah sc builds top out around 8k while wc skiller builds easily go 9k, i dunno maybe 10k?
lots of druids sac damage and you can calculate the fhr thresholds easily. If they have 5700 avg, thats 5700*0.17*0.5*16 = 7752
But their max at 5900 takes 8024 hp. but a 7.1k pelt nado? That takes 9656
not saying wc setup is remotely good, but it can hit those life figures easily
