Any advice is appreciated :)

I'm against tuna, cuz it has mercury in it
Looking for cheap foods that are high in protein, as my income isn't great.

Greek yogurt
Eggs
Peanuts and peanut butter

Find a bread with higher protein like 5 grams a serving. One sandwich with 2 serving pb and a glass of milk with whey mixed in. Easy, cheap 60 gram of protein.

Another that sounds weird but is good are peas. One can is like 14 gams of protein and 50ish cents. Plus fiber and micros.

eggs / chicken

75g from whey is a bit ridiculous, doesnt sound like youre "supplementing" it... in stead it looks like youre trying to look for organic foods as your supplementation to your protein deficit..?
