It is a lot.

I agree that OP should ease up on it. There will be far more additional health benefits from getting the majority of your protein sources from real foods like eggs + chicken.

Gotta watch out with taking too many supplements.

I know of a guy that's actually a competitive body builder, that got diabetes from binging on too many fitness supplements. Never a good thing.

hmmm, my protein shake only has 1 gram ofsugar per servingt hough? :O

Yeah, I wouldn't say 3 scoops of whey protein will give you diabetes, but just speaking in a general sense in regards to using lots of supplements as a main source for nutrition/fitness goals.

The guy that had that happen was definitely doing far more than just 3 scoops of whey.
