Apparently you haven't been on the forums recently. Crashing and instance not found is the worst it has ever been. I don't suffer from crashes myself anymore though.

You contradict yourself simply by calling it a mainstream game and then calling them incompetent. They built it from nothing into a cash cow, seems pretty competent to me

I don't know if you can't read or you're trolling, but I clearly said how much money they have from us buying all that useless shit. The least they could do is fix the endless problems that plague the game as well as the QOL things that would be easy to implement.
