3 additions > Amp + Golem + Bone armor, is a little too many additions vs mele chars.

If we don't find over balance here, I don't take part on this Tournament.

Suggestions you mentioned in red. I have some thoughts and propositions here...

about necro in all old rules which i remember in eu (also in Klumpen) was always gm for necro amp+bone arm+golem and from this recast possible amp and golem but never bone armor or if you dont use golem then u can recast bone arm
tbh necro is not that strong char cuz of his low fhr or block rate and also speed on hits and ofc the biggest problem on necro is ar
also that old rules was quite balanced i doubt they made that rules to make nec stronger then others otherwise nec would be low in melees duels
