No your current motherboard we're for LGA775 Intel socket CPU
The one you asked for (Motherboard P7-1100 Hibiscus AMD sFM1 655590-001 655590001) is for AMD cpu.

That specific motherboard (And PC) is pretty old, (11 years) i wouldn't reccomand fixing it in anyway.
You'll find a new motherboard than the HDD will fail, than you'll change the HDD and the memory will fail, etc etc..

You should be able to get a brand new basic desktop for quite cheap to replace that specific unit.

Won't work mate, you would be better off just buying a cheap 2 year old pc if you cant afford to buy new.

Replace board if needed.
Have a q6600 Go stepping model (oc'd ideally or higher socket 775 or a pin modded cpu) with a 1050ti.

Cheapest upgrade path aside from a whole new system.

Whole new system will most likely cost less.
You can get a Refurbished Dell desktop for 150$ with a I5-4590 + 8GB Ram and 500GB HDD.
+ You add a GTX 1650 (150$) and you get a really basic and working ''low-end Gaming'' desktop for 300$. If he got a little extra may spend +30$ for a 250GB SSD.

Plus, i'm not sure where OP is from but he can most likely get something used/craiglist with much better specs for less than 300$.
