I think you should practice taking a deep breathe and reading things more than once. Your posts seem like your brain is going incredibly fast, so it's not deeply processing information. If you take a bit longer to formulate your responses, and comprehend what the other person is saying, you will be a much more effective communicator. It will help you not make so many assumptions about your own knowledge, and other people's intentions.
