Looks like fun, but I'm sure as you start adding "must have options" you'll be well above 90-100k fast

Also like the specific design of it & if spec'd in red with gloss black wheels & red calipers it may very well look like a rari

Base is just below 60k. I’m sure the z51 will be upper 60’s, maybe scraping low 70’s. No way it’ll be 90-100k lol

Even if it hits 100k, you won't get the same amount of car for that money anywhere else

Oh I totally agree. Chevy just pulled their donkey dicks out on this one.

Can’t wait to see the z06 and zr1

The z06 will be priced around 80 to 90k. No way with options you'll get anywhere near that on the base.

Anyone here buying one? I put in for one, had a chance at the first wave locally, but they wanted $10k above MSRP. They are getting 4 in March/April I think she said.

Otherwise I can get one of the other 12 they have coming in May/June Prob July at full MSRP.

I built what I wanted, just under $80k with Tax. I just cant stomach the purchase so I will probably pass. I could get a 1LT that I like for about $71k after Taxes, Title, and Fees but I feel like if Im spending that much, whats another 8k to get everything I want.

I really want to buy one, and feel like this will be my best chance. I might have Kids the time a new model rolls around, but Im just not wealthy enough for this haha.

There's already local dealers here that mentioned they're selling at MSRP without markups.

I'm already in process of selling my C6 Z06. It's hard to resist a budget supercar.

Assuming there's other dealers that wont mark up the prices beyond stupidity, I can easily see this hurting Supra sales.

Pretty good job with Toyota selling launch editions at stupid prices before the c8 releases. I can't wait to see all the BMW failures in the future and MKV owners crying about it.

I mean, I'd be pissed too if I bought an overpriced, bigger FRS with a BMW motor.

Supra will surprise people, but the hype really died quick

That engines biggest problem is all the plastic you'll need to replace to make power

The corvettes never really had serious cooling issues until the mistake of the C7. I’d imagine they wouldn’t make that same mistake, at least id hope.
