Just curious if anyone has ever bought a car from CarMax?

I have one I want, but they have had it for like 90 days, seems like a long time to sit at their location.

If I have to pay to have it shipped from 1 location to another, can I haggle to have that waived, or refunded if the car sucks?

i would 100% not pay for that. if they want to sell a car, they will figure it out

If you bought a new car you've probably have paid for it. Most cars have about a 1000 dollar destination fee added on the price.

If you bought "race cars" then you definitely paid a destination fee as pretty much all sport cars have them.

"A "destination charge" is a fee that the manufacturer charges to deliver a vehicle from the factory to the dealership, and that is passed on by the dealer to the consumer; it is not included in the MSRP of the vehicle. Destination charges are typically not negotiable" An assumption that's pretty much 100% right.
