That sucks, but yea this is like a 1400 mile transfer.

somebody has to pay for that gas and the drivers time

e/ i wonder if they hire a person to drive it from point a to point b how they pay that person and how much. like per mile, per hour, etc

Some places do

I had a buddy that’s in his 60s and before he moved out of state he worked for a Toyota dealership picking up/dropping off cars

Sometimes he would drive to the new owners house and get another car in the area and drive back or he would drive there and fly home or fly there and drive back. I’m not sure about pay tho
