Rogue states like who? To me USA is rogue state
Nuclear weapons need an industrial infrastructure and a large one too. Iran has a decent one... not tier one but it exists. Saudi doesn't have any industrial capabilities.

rogue state would be dependent on the context. in the context of nuclear proliferation any state looking to secretly develop nukes or develop them openly against the wishes of the UN nuclear council would be a rogue state.

in the context of defining the word "football" the USA is a rogue state.

im a bit confused how 2019 Saudi Arabia with all of their money can't match 1942 USA tho. especially when all of the development is all in basic textbooks for the most part for the old inefficient bombs.

Most certainly. Israel being allowed to have and also hide how many nukes they have is an injustice. its nowhere near the top of the list of reasons they're hated in the ME but it certainly doesnt help. im a bit flexible on it i suppose, i think nukes in the region might be needed to stop a holy war, but i dont think Israel should have the button in their hands.
