Not much for occasions in my neighbourhood, sadly, but here's what I have found so far. Format brand / model / frame mats / fork mats / groupset / price / geometry goal / size (I need 61 ish, depending on model) / weight for standardized tests with current groupset (usually measured at framesize 56)

Bianchi Via Nirone 7 Alu Carbon Shimano claris 799 euro Endurance -63 9.84
Trek Domane AL 2 Alu Carbon Shimano Claris 649 euro Endurance 47-62 10.01
Giant Contend 2 Alu Hybrid Shimano Claris 749 euro All-rounder XL 10.00
Merida Scultura 100 Alu Carbon Shimano Claris 799 euro All-rounder 9.50
CannondaleCAAD Optimo Alu Carbon Shimano Sora ????? Performance -61 9.70
Cube Attain Alu Carbon Shimano Claris 699.00e Endurance -62 9.60
B'twin Ultra 500 AF Alu Carbon Shimano Sora+Disk Brake 649.00e Endurance -61 9.60
Genesis Delta 20 Alu Carbon Shimano Tiagra 725 Pounds Endurance -61 9.58

The B'twin gives me a "too good to be true" vibe, paying only 649 euro's for a bike with disk brakes. I don't need disk brakes, so I'd rather not pay extra money for that..
I'd love a Cannondale. If I can get a dealer to modify the caad optimo line (only sold with 105 set and disk brakes) to have a sora set and rim brakes, I should be able to get that for approx. 800 euro's.
the Bianchi's Via Nirone 7 is the most awesome looking one of the bunch, but it feels senseless to choose that above the scultura 100 and domane 2. The domane is a little bit more aggressive in its geometry.

Any of you lot have a review on any of these :p?

I landed a CAAD optimo 2017 with a tiagra set for 750 euro lol
Can't very easily get a better brodeal than that

I would've liked the via nirone for its looks though, that thing is nice to look at =P
