if you dont need life and resi it is better to use silks for mana then
doom is not "traditional ele style"
NW isn't a must - i rather keep +4 and gain 2 x 5/5 cold facet effects
Doom has +2 skill...
I like to keep my 99 FHR - call me a n00b
of course Doom isn't traditional style... i HAD a traditional ele dru with hoto and 163 FCR but I know I clear faster with this build
