As PlugY is the constant source of agression:
I'd bet that comfort is especially tempting for new members and I think you have to develop an intrinsic motivation to play the hard(er) way. Positive mentioning of the better game experience (without plugy) would be far more beneficial to this community than the usual ranting, spamming, bullying.
If certain people can't stand PlugY WTs, they should ask themselfs how the player could be converted to a non-PlugY player.

Otherwise this sub will indeed continue to go to shit in terms of
- behaviour
- togetherness
- player base (therefore even less non PlugY WTS)
