Dont stress about it man. You were eating healthy that's cool. Food is nothing more than nutrition though occasionally for the sanity sure go down a whole large za along with a 2liter of coke and some brownies and cheese cake and some heroin followed by some fat bong rips and some jack.

Imo some sort of intermittent fasting is better because it’s more of a life style change. You lose weight by not having enough time to eat as much. Ofc u really lose bc of being in a deficit but having less time to eat helps. Gives more options too. Continue eating whatever, but if u still gain weight shorten your window. Otherwise you do it the only proven way and count calories

Follow Layne norton on Instagram if u got one. Fat burning is different from fat loss. If you’re eating way more fat of course you’re going to oxidize more fat. If you’re eating more carbs you’ll burn more carbs.
The main reason people find success by keto is because it’s easier to end up in a caloric deficit when you remove a whole macronutrient from your diet.
