You can walk through normal on anything. Focus on having a decent merc and it will be a breeze except for some act bosses I guess

I think wear shaggo and Zod ur wep, should get you to nm at least

You dont need a steel weapon. Rerun akara in act 1 and shop a 3 skelly/3mastery (or something close) weapon. Be sure you have plenty of gold though cause they can cost a pretty penny. Also as others pointed out craft a savage polearm for act 2 merc. Kris,any diamond,any belt,any staff. Garunteed 80 ed.

Personally I like to “tir” “tir” my caps for lots of mana after kills usually until I can get a +skills helm / a set that makes sense
