Didnt find a single Nef rune, did Countess 7 times and went forward tombing etc.
First time in my life that I don't see a Nef, not even kidding.

meh for any points you would be putting into energy, i'd just put into vitality = more life, and don't worry about mana pots.

I’ve used tir helms and this method quite a bit for mana demanding characters - usually helps through act 3 or 4 normal until I can shop a nice circ

Make sure you put points in mastery too not just skeleton
Should be around 1:1 ratio

No homie, you max skellington till you have 7 of them and then go into mastery.

This must be why you are struggling
your skeletons do basically no dmg without points in mastery
