They do if you're actually moving fast enough to hit enemies

with your build you make it to baal after 15 minutes so you have plenty of time to regen

Stormshield very cool. You can put one facet in it too On Hc better safe than sorry. But you'll have shitty Fcr then. To avoid that, use eth spirit monarch on switch with 35 fcr, if you're not using titans and don't mind repairing TS ( i do hate repairs ofc, same shit like pots :lol:) then you can go with non eth also. I personally use titans and they add up last 20str i need to wear monarch, but when switched you lose 20str form them, so only 10 extra is needed for eth monarch.
