Hey i am thinking of a build for a java that iam going to use in HC ladder
I am thinking of the following items
Griffon 15 ias
3 20 gloves
Highlords
Razor tail
Eth titans
Raven
Mana leech ring
Triple res boots
Now here is the hard part
Do i go Enigma or Coh maybe 4x facets
And also do i go storm,mosers or monarch 4 facets
Keep in mind its hc ladder so i need survivability but also kill speed
And also jmod is out of the question since i am not sure one has dropped in ladder and even if its out of
My budget

yep, but being hc... maybe better to go ss for max block dr etc. but optional.

for hc: storm+eni
and throw away useless titans and use ts or 4/40

On HC east last Jmod was sold for 900 fg almost month ago , so on Lame softcore it will cost 350-400 fg

What makes thunderstrokes better than eth titans?

They add the same -res as 3x facets and 15 ias, meaning they give you about the same damage as a 4 faceted shield when you upgrade from Titans to tstrokes

You lose out on some physical damage for leeching and a little health but it's almost always worth it
