here some data i just did.
Maybe different classes affect crit chances

I like the warlock w/ winds data... I wonder if there is a difference in crit rate between the elements or not... Im sorta guessing not. Ive never tested it but 36% crit rate casting sounds about right :) Ill do some testing with fires if I ever pass...

This is really crazy... based on your and my limited testing, it seems apparent to me that a healthy amount of dex on swords is doing a lot to modify crit rate, even compared to a relatively huge amount of crit strike rating... seems also to me so far that strength is not a major factor for sword crit, but it may be because that value is already “high enough” for all of our testing. Lumping them together a bit and ignoring strength values, going from 45 and 80 crit in your scenario, we’re seeing about 10% crit rate added with swords at 13 crit strike. Any chance you can show us what this looks like without any crit strike? If it’s actually similar it would be cool to know that 3-4 dex could really increase the crit rate by 1% for swords! Even if it is only at these dex (and maybe str) values.

Nice data, it is all about stats not class Can you reproduce this with exacts stats for each class?
example: Barb and Rogue = 124 Strength / 76 Dexterity

Guessing the ratios need work.

How much relevant information will help with your calculations? What are the conditions (listed) that you want to compare the data with?

Reason: Soften the Sneaky Shell can give you as much data as you require for Critical Hit chance. Even if you hit for 0, a Critical Hit will still appear in Red text.

Based on above, you could most likely attack 5000 times without killing sneaky, you will only be using the same Stats to calculate weapon ratio, you can also change gear for Critical Strike mod using the same base stats, and you can also save up stat points and compare the difference in ratio and/or CS from gear.

For an example, I could use Guardian, with the basic 30 str / 10 dex = 75 / 25 ratio with longsword. have a base 100 vita / 100 int and save points. Depending on level, I can use 12 CS charm to compare any difference, of course I would be using 57 int armor just for healing purposes. During two(2) runs, I could compare increasing Strength from the saved points and then next run only increase dexterity and compare.

Thing is, I need a platform stating something like 2000 attacks for each scenario, or 5000 or 1000 and so forth.

Trying to see if we're right in thinking that crit rate is not different for high str or high dex, but rather that it's based on total stats... well I didn't test anything other than 203 total stats, but these results are all over the place... I think I'm gonna need more trials :lol:

Seems like no so far though anyway. Here are the averages lol!

18.25 +/- 4.3 (SD) for dex high

17.75 +/- 7.9 (SD) for str high

For so much variation, those averages look just around what's expected lol
