Which of these PCs would you buy? Will be using to run some programs like holdem manager 2, piosolver and poker clients. I do not play video games.

Should I spend $250 extra for the superior processor or should I just buy the cheap one because it appears to meet my requirements anyway?

Coffee Lake 6 Core i5 8400 2.8Ghz / 8GB DDR4 Ram/ 240GB SSD with 1TB Storage / Windows 10 Home 64Bit / WIFI Ready/USB3.0 - $1,099

AMD Ryzen 3 2200G Quad Core with Radeon Vega 8 Graphics , 240GB SSD + 1 TB , 8GB RAM ,USB3.0, ,Windows 10 HOME 64 bit,Wireless Ready - $849

I live overseas so that is why the prices may seem high (not USD).

No graphics card is mentioned for the intel PC, I assume it may not come with one? https://www.pbtech.co.nz/product/WKSPB43609/PB-Everyday-Home-PC-43609-Intel-Latest-Coffee-Lake

Basically

a) computers seem to be far cheaper in America than in New Zealand which doesn't surprise me. The comments regarding price don't really help.
b) I have a $300 gift card for this store (pbtech) so I intend to buy from them.

I can either buy one of the two PCs above or create my own using their PC builder which looks like it would cost me around $1200 to do including the operating system etc. but I have no idea which motherboard/power supply etc to select cuz nub.

PC builder: https://www.pbtech.co.nz/system-builder
Prebuilt option 1: https://www.pbtech.co.nz/product/WKSPB43106/PB-Family-PC-Series-43106-AMD-Ryzen-3-2200G-Quad-C
prebuilt option 2: https://www.pbtech.co.nz/product/WKSPB43609/PB-Everyday-Home-PC-43609-Intel-Latest-Coffee-Lake

Based on my research I have worked out I definitely need a 240gb ssd, 1tb hdd and 8gb ram for my purposes (just running poker related applications as above). I won't be playing any PC games at all except maybe minecraft recreationally. Not sure if 6core is necessary so curious if the slight price increase is worth having a better processor in the long run. I need windows 10 64bit and already have a monitor etc. So my questions really are whether or not I need a 6 core processor or the AMD Ryzen quad core and what would be the best purchase option from this site (prebuilt or using their builder).
