I see no TN panels linked in this thread?

With the RX 580 you should be looking at 1080p 144hz or 1440p 60hz IPS IMO. Since what you listed is low graphic detail, and can really take advantage of the higher refresh rate, I'd lean towards the 1080p 144hz. Like Art said, they are starting to phase out, but 1080p ultra at 144hz still looks good as long as you got a decent display for it.
