I just started again in the last season and I quite enjoyed it, but I really dont get why the season system works like that

They ended the S15 so I cant make a better placement in the ladderboard, I dont get the season power (double bounties) anymore but I've to wait 2 weeks for the new season, why?

What should I do in that 2 weeks?

Also the next season will be 8 weeks long, is it normal? The last one was 6 months, right? 8 weeks just way too short to make any descent char if you dont play 24/7, whats the point to make the seasons that short?

Active players number drops so steeply shortly after the start of a new season that it's embarrassing for them. Before long you'll see monthly seasons and standard quadruple goblins

It usually take a couple of weeks since the reset and the new start, i guess both coz they need some technical time (also on d2 we have dead time between ladder) and also because they give you time to retrive season items on non seasons (can be a lot of sorting to be made)

concerning the lenght, i don't like either the duration of the next season, i would like to exploit in detail more than one character with the rorg ring but it won't be possible with the time i can dedicate to the game.
i usual use the two weeks for playing worst game like poe: it's funny for 3 days before becoming boring and it build the hype of starting again a superior game like d3

I played many D2 ladders and towards the end it picks up because players want to use their good bases to roll ladder runewords, roll perfect stuff and upgrade uniques to elites which is ladder only. And to trade stuff from ladder players to use on non ladder like good pvp stuff.

Few things that stand out though in the above is runewords, uniques, trading and pvp. D3 has none of those so I understand your position.

We can't even have proper D3 discussion because there is no way in hell a D3 player can make a post with them posting game is shit so far down into the throat of the thread. They are 100% spam in this section. It's why The many discussions I have with people are all through discord or pm, because they can't resist saying the dumb shit they say.

There will never be a d3 thread that has nornal discussion. So if each and everyone of them actually started getting warn for the immaturity they express here, maybe this section can get somewhere.
