A few reasons why Trump rallies are actually more concerning than the protests in terms of covid.

1. Mask wearing is more common at the protests, Trump has actively refused to wear a mask and has encouraged his supporters to do the same.
2. Trump rallies are in doors whereas the protests are outdoors.
3. Protests are in motion, whereas Trump rallies are stationary.

There's a lot of reasons why one is significantly worse than the other, but you fall all over yourself to defend Donald "grab em by the pussy then hold your bible upside down" Trump.
