Go for it, it's super easy.

Put a dollop of nice cheese in those upside down mushrooms.

Its crazy how he makes eggs like that. Its nuts!

The fact they come out that way and perfect the method is a little off the wall for me.

Honestly, in a fine dining setting, no one has time to make eggs like this.

Oh, well I thought it was great for me who sucks at cooking, easy to follow and very delicious outcome, I now eat this for breakfast almost every day and its super consistent for me
