This has been my go-to way for scrambled eggs since seeing that video. Good eggs are good.

I've seen Ramsay make eggs like this a ton of times - but the thing that always bugs me is how can you tell how cooked the eggs are? Eggs firm up when they're cooked from the linkages of the proteins. How do you differentiate runny, undercooked eggs from runny, fully cooked eggs?
