I was watching a television show on FX (a pretty main stream network) they blurred out the word retarded, which wasn’t being used towards anyone with disability’s, just a guy asking about another gentleman who was acting strangely.
That same scene they let “did you fuck my fucking mom Santa?” go without any beeps. Was said multiple times.
I found this quite odd. I’m not advocating talking shit to disabled people, but pc culture is changing things it seems.
That’s like when I listen to the radio and they play what it’s like by everlast and bleep out the word green because it’s referring to weed, but they don’t beep anything in buck cherry’s song I love the cocaine, they must say cocaine like 40 times, but beep out green... wtf where do they get the standards from?
