God instructs us on how to live. We can live in accordance with God’s will or drift ever further into egotism and darkness.

Those who claim to be free are often slaves to their desires. Those who practice godly discipline and walk a narrow path are capable of taming their lesser nature and become truly free.

It means you have no capacity to make a different choice. Your choice is predetermined, which is the definition of determinism.

I don't follow your line of logic. Knowing the future doesn't mean you influence it, I already said that. You automatically said because some1 knows the future that it is predetermined. In a way it is, but not by that omniscient figures influence. Which doesn't change free will at all.

God isn't bound to this material world and thus exists beyond the laws of time. God knows our future because God sees time differently from us, but exerting our will is still relevant from our point of view. God put us here with inspirations in order for us to test the boundaries of what is possible.

If your decision has been determined in advance its not really a decision. It is by definition deterministic.
