Do some overclocking with this build. You might as well get better performance from your system.
Windows 10 you can buy on ebay for 5$, probably bought at least 30 keys the past year or so.

Do you even have the use for an DVD-Writer? It's an pretty much dead technology. (haven't had one in any of my system or laptops the last 5 years)
I also personally think Full Tower Case is a waste of space if you don't have a high-end custom watercooling system. Kinda ends up looking awkward with that much unused/unnecessary space.

A 1080ti could even fit in your budget:

ive never overclocked im open to it, ill find some guides.

ill look at different cases, can you lmk why you changed mobo/memory/cpu cooler wat are the benefits?
it looks like that cooler is for a water cooler system, ive never built one before. any suggestions?

Skip the DVD-W then.
Get a 8GB USB-stick, download windows installation media (easy to create) https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Overclock is quite easy specially on Asus motherboards. Lots of guides out there for it.
In #4 I changed to my current favorite case and a 1080ti instead.
Motherboard: No specific reason, there will be no difference in performance on the one you picked and I picked. You will save some cash there.
Memory: Because it has slighty tighter timings for a cheaper price. G.Skill is the shit in the RAM area.
CPU cooler: Coolers like H100i is AIO aka All In One systems. You will never have to refill or do any maintenance on it. It can't handle way higher TDP compared to a h212(lots of room for overclocking or lower temps), I personally like the Aesthetics of watercoolers over air.
I sometimes even have a harder time installing some air coolers compared to these AIO ones.

man your explanations are to good, and i really appreciate the help and time.
so from my understanding that cooler is all i need for the system? thats what the "all in one" thing is?
if that is the case then that cooler does look super sexy and i wouldn't mind trying it out

after looking at the case you mentioned, it does look like a very nice case, im really picky about cable management but it seems to do that job

and the fact that i can use the rgb on that cooler to prolly match my keyboard is hot lol

Yes correct the cooler is sealed. Pump, block and radiator is all in it.
I've been using H110i and H100i in my systems for quite some time now.
You can check pictures of my slightly outdated gaming system in profile. Doing a 7500$ PC setup in October though :)
