ur suggestion was great as well,
name change doesnt need to work with the gifting system, it would function like any regular trade.

I voted no. In my opinion a WoW name is worthless, I have the name Aggro on KT, I have never once been offered gold for it or even complimented on it. I see on too many occaisions peoples names showing up as "Unknown" in pvp/pve instances.
But in the end if someone wants to delete a leveled character wait 30-90 days and potentially lose it for 500fg they can vote yes.
It could work for a couple servers, but you leave high-pop and a nice name is now 5fg.
ive sold multiple names ingame for 10k-100k gold and was even offered 2m for the name "alpha" on my druid on high pop server.
If a name is worthless to you, doesnt mean everyone feels that way. so why deny / restrict more trades just because you arent interested in it?
