The crisis was fake. It has been going on since the Democratic 9th circuit made the ruling.

A few members of the administration made the mistake of saying that separation was used as a deterrent. That wasnt the cause of the policy and it was a mistake on their part to communicate that way

If trump wasnt trolling, the Democrats wouldn't be revealing their whole hand like they are now and exposing just how full of shit they always are

Vampire serial killer assassin Cruz was leading the way to get something done as were other hardliners

It's unfortunate to see the defense of something so unnecessary and contrary to our values but there were people on the right side on the right even if for the wrong reasons

Mate - it's not like he wanted to do this. He had to be pressured into it by people on both sides of the aisle saying this shit is unacceptable. Until there was real uproar and everyone was slagging him off he didn't give a shit. It shouldn't take half his supporters turning against him to make him side against this immorality. He'd still be OK with it if that hadn't happened. Dude is amoral.

If anyone pushed him on this it was Ivanka

which is a good thing, having someone around to influence more compassionate decision making is fine by me

He was literally saying the opposite only two days ago. Then he changed his story to 'it's the democrats' fault' and now he's backed down due to the loss of support.
