HC PvP is best summed up by the word "dropbarb"

Starting, I want to make a softcore MF char to bring in the loot, but after that will come PvP chars and maybe a HC char.

Do people play hc with "chicken" nowadays? Or most of them are banned?

Like some have already mentioned, the prices are higher in HC and stay higher throughout. As I thoroughly enjoy the loot hunt, this is a big reason why I left SC for HC and haven’t looked back. Also for the adrenaline rushes... Sorcs are awfully squishy, especially early on. One wrong move in Hell could be your doom and that’s actually quite exciting haha! It feels a lot different when there are actual consequences for your mistakes.

Edit: If you’re getting a bit burned out, try HC. It can be incredibly refreshing. It hurts a bit to lose a char but it really makes you want to rebuild a char that is faster and stronger the next time. There is very little room for carelessness in HC. In SC, it just doesn’t matter and it turns boring FAST.

I would also like to add that I much prefer SC for PVP. I play legit and it seems like there are a lot of cheaters in HC PVP and some of them have like 90% chicken...

If you really enjoy the game, play HC.

Make fg/first to baal race/pking noobs = hc

pvp = sc

HC... especially ladder reset time when gear is scarce. much more fun.

SC for PVP later in the season.

if bnet doesnt fix itself, this will be my first ladder reset where i start softcore. the amount of rubberbanding ive experienced since coming back a week or so ago is rediculous.

legit dying to lag (not just blaming lag cuz you are under geared/leveled) is one of the most bs feelings in the world.

Is it really that bad? That is very demotivating. I don't even wanna play sc, that is boring as hell now.
