if you stay at 1 health it can only take out 1 absorb hit. nbd for shorter trips though. prayer flashing rapid heal once in a blue moon resets timer anyways. i believe osbuddy just added a red circle that slowly goes around your heart so you know when you gotta flash
Oh, I know. But I don't really like doing trips much longer than 2 hours, and I've always got extra absorbs at the end anyway. Mostly depends on what else I'm doing while in NMZ.
