It is cause you have to click the rockcake every minute to keep your hp at 1

Pffft, fuuuuck that. I go up to 5-8 all the time. I've noticed no meaningful difference from when i keep myself at 1.

the amount of sorbs you lose per hit.

if you stay at 1 health it can only take out 1 absorb hit. nbd for shorter trips though. prayer flashing rapid heal once in a blue moon resets timer anyways. i believe osbuddy just added a red circle that slowly goes around your heart so you know when you gotta flash
